How to Make an Appointment at the Migration Office via the Göç Randevu System

To visit the Migration Office in Türkiye, you must now use the official online portal:

randevu.goc.gov.tr

This service is used nationwide and is strictly enforced in Istanbul, where even receiving a residence permit rejection notification requires a randevu (appointment). In some other provinces, an appointment might not be mandatory, but we strongly recommend making one regardless of location.

When a randevu is required:

1. To receive an official notification of residence permit rejection
2. For adres tescili (address registration)
3. For pasaport bilgisi güncelleme (passport information update)
4. For kişisel bilgi güncelleme (personal data changes, such as marriage, name change, etc.)

How to access the system:

• If you have a residence permit and access to e-Devlet – click “E-Devlet ile Giriş Yap”
• If not – choose “Kayıt Ol” and register manually

Step-by-step guide to booking an appointment:

1. On the homepage, click Randevu Al
2. In the Kişi Bilgileri section, confirm your personal information.
3. If applying for a child – select “Başkası Adına Randevu”
4. In the Randevu Bilgileri section, choose the reason for your visit:
5. İkamet İzinli Yabancı - Adres Tescili — address registration
6. Pasaport Bilgisi Güncelleme — passport update
7. Kişisel Bilgi Güncelleme — personal data change or notification of rejection
8. In Bağlı Kişi Bilgileri — simply click Devam Et
9. In Tarih Seçimi — choose your appointment date and time
10. In Onay — check all details and click Randevu Onayla

How to print your appointment confirmation:

1. Go to the website and click Randevularım
2. Click Yazdır to download the PDF
3. Print your confirmation in advance — you won’t be allowed in without it

If the PDF does not download, take a screenshot and print it

Important to remember:

• The randevu confirmation document cannot be downloaded on the day of the appointment – download it earlier
• You cannot schedule a new appointment until the current one is completed
• A new request can be made only 5 days after the previous appointment
• You cannot cancel a confirmed randevu
• Applications for initial residence permits are still submitted via e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr
