According to Law No. 7201 and Regulation No. 30617 on electronic notification, the National Electronic Notification System (UETS) has been implemented for the sending and delivery of official notifications to individuals.
As part of recent updates, the Presidency of Migration Management will require a UETS address when submitting applications for residence permit renewal.
Starting from April 15, 2024, foreigners must submit the UETS form together with their application on the day of the interview.
Foreign nationals can obtain their UETS addresses at PTT branches by presenting the following:
- Passport and valid residence permit
- Turkish mobile phone number
- Active email address
- Completed UETS application form
Foreigners who have an electronic signature (e-signature) can apply for UETS online via the official website: www.etebligat.gov.tr
